Our pneumatic feeder are the simplest model that GEVA produce. They are characterized by a remarkable ease of use and their features are normally preferable when height and dimension are not adjustables. Control panels are also built to be easy to use
and provide the user with all the information they need without necessarily having specific technical skills.

Mod. XR60-TB
This automatic feeder is the most compact and fastest of our pneumatic feeders.
It is suitable for laoding small hot forging presses with billets with weight of maximum 500 gramms.
The billets are fed to the grippers by gravity feed by way of an adjustable guide or carried by a conveyor chain.
This feeder can make up to 1800cycles per hour.
Two
infrared detectors check the loading and unloading of billets.
The PLC Siemens S7, guarantees high reliability for the automation management and includes self diagnostics and visual alarma warnings.
Mod. XR60-TP
In pneumatic range of feeder this model is suitable for medium dimension presses and can load billetts up to 1500 grams in weight.
The billets are fed to the grippers, carried by a n conveyor chain by gravity, by way of an adjustable guide.

Mod. Unloading spoon
This is a simple and economical system to unload the stamped pieces when its possible to eject the pieces from the upper die.
It is used instead of the air jet system that normally is noisy and not always reliable.
When this unloading system is used the die lubrication is made in two stages; the bottom die is sprayed by a nozzle mounted on the tray arm during unloading operation and the upper die is sprayed by a noizzle mounted ont he feed arm during the loading
operation.
In this way there is no lost time due to the lubrication cycle.
The unloading tray is available in two sizes according to the size of the press, and suitable for all makes of press.
